i dont think i have seen anyone explain what kinda questions are going to asked in the interview, to the interviewee.... is it a good idea?? doesn't it make the interview less dynamic??

I'd been in a couple of tough interviews when I shifted over from MindTree. Believe me, a bad one can really break your confidence so badly!!!
